Milt Dossin holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Since 1988, Milt has specialized in the recruitment and placement of Property & Casualty Actuaries, Product Managers and Modelers. Over the years, he has filled hundreds of positions at all levels.  He has filled positions all over the U.S., plus Europe, Bermuda and Asia. 

Before specializing in Casualty Actuaries, Milt recruited Commercial Lines Underwriters and Claims professionals. Prior to becoming a recruiter, Mr. Dossin was Controller of an international company with 45 manufacturing plants.
